Welcome to Mangaw0rld ("we," "us," "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information when you use our platform for creating, managing, and publishing story, comics, and related content.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring transparency about our data practices. This policy applies to all users of our website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Services").

We use Google Firebase Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Storage, Vertex AI and optional Google Drive backups to operate the service. Stripe processes payments; we retain billing identifiers and status, not card numbers. Your public profile and works you choose to publish may be seen by others. We may disclose information with your direction, to service providers, or where legally required or necessary for safety and enforcing our rules.

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your data and to control communications. To make a request, contact us through our Feedback & Support page.

Your account, creative work, Raphael chats, and agreement record may remain while your account is active. Raphael chats remain until you reset or delete them. Usage analytics events older than 180 days are pruned when an administrator opens a user journey; they may remain longer if no such review occurs. Deletion requests may be limited by legal retention, safety investigations, payment records, backups, or technical recovery periods. Google Drive copies in your own account are separately controlled by you. Contact Feedback & Support for account-data requests.

Mangaw0rld is not for children under 13. Users aged 13 through 17 must have a parent or legal guardian review our terms and give permission. At signup, users attest to this; we do not independently verify age or parental authority. We process a minor's account information, creative work, messages, and usage information as described in this policy. If you believe a child under 13 has registered, contact Feedback & Support so we can investigate and take appropriate action, including deletion where required by law.

Mangaw0rld is operated from the United States. Your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other applicable regions.

Google provides sign-in, data storage, AI processing and optional Drive backups. Stripe handles payments. These services process information under their own terms and privacy practices as applicable. A Drive backup is stored in your own Google account and may need to be deleted there separately.
