Terms of Service

1. Who can use Mangaw0rld

Mangaw0rld welcomes creators aged 13 and older. Creators aged 13 to 17 should ask a parent or legal guardian to review these Terms and our Privacy Policy and give permission. Any higher minimum age or additional consent required where you live still applies.

Please use only the parts of the service and create or share only material that is appropriate and lawful for your age and location.

2. Creating responsibly

Your prompts, stories, characters, uploads, and images remain yours to shape. We ask creators to follow the laws that apply where they live and wherever they publish or share their work.

Mangaw0rld cannot be used for material involving the sexual abuse or exploitation of children, sexualized depictions of minors, grooming, trafficking, or other exploitation. This also includes non-consensual intimate imagery of real people, whether original, edited, or synthetic. When required by law, we may preserve relevant records and report apparent violations to the appropriate authorities.

Please do not use the service for threats, harassment, stalking, extortion, fraud, or material that violates another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights. Only upload material you are allowed to use, and make sure you have the rights needed to share your finished work.

These expectations apply to every tool — Character Forge, drafting, Raphael, media storage, messaging, and AI-assisted drafts. AI is here to help you draft; finished pages published through Mangaw0rld come from real paid commissions.

3. Looking after your account

Please keep your login details secure, use your own identity, respect other creators' private work, and avoid disrupting the service or anyone else's experience. Parents and guardians who give a young creator permission should stay involved in how they use Mangaw0rld.

4. Keeping everyone safe

Our goal is to keep the community safe and resolve concerns fairly. We may review reported or flagged material and, when reasonably necessary to follow these Terms or the law, limit access, remove content, or suspend an account. No safety system catches everything. We may also keep records, respond to valid legal requests, and make reports when required by law. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

If you notice something concerning, please tell us through the Feedback & Support page. If someone may be in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service.

5. Where these Terms apply, changes, and contact

These Terms apply worldwide and are governed, as far as the law allows, by the law where Mangaw0rld operates. The consumer and data-protection rights provided by your country or region continue to apply. Please follow the laws of every place where you use, publish, or share your work. If a local law conflicts with part of these Terms, that local law applies to you and the remaining Terms continue. We may update these Terms as the service develops; we will revise the date below and provide additional notice for significant changes. Questions are welcome through Feedback & Support.
